How does life coaching work?
Most clients are coached two or three time a month for several months. Those who want to close the gap on major life change may want to be coached more often or for longer.

Why be coached during a life transition?
Life offers predictable, but also unexpected, changes that require adaptation. Transitions can create openings for new life passion and joy. They can, however, foreclose your identity and leave you trapped financially, socially, and emotionally!  A coach will keep you on track toward your goals so you win a new future, not lose your life.

Am I the right kind of client?
Collaborative coaching is for you if you feel stuck, and you want to move ahead. It’s for you if you want to have life balance, time to play, and success.  Sessions are conducted in English.

How much does it cost?
You are charged a fee by the month or quarter, depending on your need and desire for intensity.
