Jeanne’s collaborative coaching style blends directness with harmony, respect , and humor. She is persistently optimistic and inspires clients to live bigger. She values creative solutions and living fully in all aspects of life. She is physically active in sports, and sings with the Wichita Symphony Chorus. She has been through numerous personal transitions with serious family illness, divorce, remarriage, and business entrepreneurship.

 

Jeanne is a graduate of coach training, wellness training, and has been awarded the Professional Certified Coach credential by the International Coach Federation, the premiere international coach certification body. She is an approved ICF mentor coach. She served as the Ethics and Standards Committee Chairperson for that organization which has about 20,000 members from over 100 countries. She is an officer of the Wichita Chapter of the National Organization of Women Business Owners as well as coaching and mediation organizations.

 

Jeanne has led more than 5200 families and work groups through divorce, contract, employment, probate, and financial mediations. Her PhD is from Kansas University , with her dissertation on conflict resolution theory. She supervised PhD coaching research on weight loss coaching and on EAP brief solution-focused coaching, both published in 2012. As a coach, she has worked with professionals, financial planners, medical personnel, managers, and those who remain at home.
